C12 East Tennessee seeks a marketplace influencer with a vision to see the gospel transform their city. This business leader will serve as Chair for this specific region of East Tennessee. C12 ETN Chairs lead and facilitate monthly Business Forums and coach CEOs and business owners in one-on-one sessions to help them build great businesses for a greater purpose.

CEO, President, GM, Owner, Entrepreneurs of businesses with established business model and revenue >$2M and at least 5-10 FTE with a passion to build a really great business and achieve a greater purpose in doing so. We also have Key Player programs to provide succession pipeline, management team development and alignment for improved execution of vision. C12 serves businesses with 10 to 10,000+ employees and annual revenues ranging from $2 million to $5 billion.

Title: C12 ETN Chair
Classification: Independent Contractor
Works with: C12 East Tennessee Members and other C12 ETN Chairs
Executive Summary: C12 Chairs are hand-picked to lead and facilitate monthly Business Forums and coach CEOs and business owners in one-on-one sessions to help them build great businesses for a greater purpose. The Chair is responsible for orchestrating a high-performance, high-accountability experience backed by a proven format, world-class content, and the power of peers.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Business Acumen – Has run a business of at least $2M in annual revenue
- Mature Christian – An unwavering biblical worldview shaped by God’s Word
- Entrepreneurial grit & spirit – A confident, motivated, and self-starting mindset and the grit, resilience, and agility to launch and scale
- High EQ with solid listening skills – These skills are vitally important to C12 Chairs to enable them to connect deeply with others, foster trust, and navigate social interactions more effectively
- Competent Communicator & Networker – These skills enable C12 Chairs to create a supportive, growth-oriented environment where Christian business leaders can thrive
- Full-time commitment – Willingness to invest the time, energy, and resources to be the owner of your practice
- Aptitude for Business Development – Demonstrated ability to win others over resulting in practice growth
- Trustworthiness – The gravitas to garner the respect of business peers who will welcome, seek, and heed your advice and counsel balanced with the humility to listen
- Business leadership experience – High business leadership acumen from personal experience (15 years of C-suite, business ownership, or senior executive management)
- Financial capacity – Capital reserves to fuel the launch of your practice and business startup investments necessary (6-18 months depending on your monthly needs)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Called to lead executives by creating safe, confidential environments that allow C12 members to build trust and accountability
- Coach others or be the one who asks difficult questions to motivate high-impact decisions
- Guide C12 members to take risks and think at a higher, more strategic level
- C12 Chairs must challenge member assumptions and encourage them to broaden their perspectives
- Become an influencer who helps members build great businesses for a greater purpose
- Competent in shaping issues that inspire robust good health in each of the respective C12 5-Point Alignment Matrix
- Identify vitally important issues that members need to discuss within the Open Forum
- Strategically connecting members to other members and outside business leaders who might bring expert advice/wisdom to decision-making or raise business enterprise
- Promote candid, honest exchanges within the forums
- Hold members accountable for issues that surface during forum and one-to-one meetings

Compensation
Chairs launching in the East Tennessee market have a tremendous opportunity to grow their practice and experience an executive income. C12 membership dues are a fee-for-service paid directly to the franchise monthly and a portion of that is paid to C12 HQ for ongoing resources, training, support, and materials. The model provides a six-figure income potential based on the individual’s goals. The income potential ranges between $150,000.00 to more than $300,000.00+. Additionally, C12ETN provides training to each new Chair to assist in growing their practice.
