C12 East Tennessee seeks a business leader passionate about seeing the gospel shape their city. As Chair, you’ll guide monthly Business Forums and one-on-one coaching sessions, helping CEOs and owners build great businesses for a greater purpose.

Position Description
Title: C12 ETN Chair
Classification: Independent Contractor
Works with: C12 East Tennessee Members and other C12 ETN Chairs
Executive Summary: C12 Chairs facilitate monthly Forums and one-on-one coaching to help Christian business leaders achieve high performance and purpose. Chairs deliver a proven model supported by strong content, peer insight, and accountability.
Essential Functions

Lead and coach executives in confidential, growth-oriented settings

Ask tough questions that drive high-impact decisions

Challenge assumptions and expand members’ strategic thinking

Foster accountability, candor, and connection among peers

Identify key business issues using the C12 5-Point Alignment Matrix

Encourage collaboration, wise counsel, and actionable results
Qualifications

Proven business experience ($2M+ revenue leadership)

Deep Christian faith and biblical worldview

Entrepreneurial drive and resilience

Strong EQ, listening, and communication skills

Full-time commitment and ownership mindset

Sales and networking aptitude

Trusted, respected presence with humility

15+ years of executive leadership experience

Financial capacity to launch and sustain a 6–18-month startup phase
Compensation
New Chairs in East Tennessee can build six-figure practices ($150K–$300K+).
C12 membership is fee-based, with a portion supporting ongoing training and resources. C12 ETN provides launch training to accelerate your growth.
